Hook Entertainment, the agency of actress Park Min Young, has issued a statement regarding the ongoing investigation of her ex-boyfriend and businessman, Kang.


In September of last year, media outlet Dispatch reported on Park Min Young's alleged relationship with Kang and various accusations against him, while she was starring in the drama "Love in Contract." At that time, Hook Entertainment issued a statement to address the rumors and confirm that the couple had already broken up. 


On February 15, Hook Entertainment released a new statement stating that Park Min Young had been summoned by the prosecution as a witness for the ongoing investigation on February 13. The statement clarifies that the actress denied any involvement in the situation.

Hello, this is Hook Entertainment. We would like to provide an update regarding the recent media reports about our actress, Park Min Young, being summoned by the prosecution for investigation and prohibited from leaving the country. 


We can confirm that Park Min Young has dutifully completed the prosecution summons for investigation as a simple witness and that she is currently not prohibited from leaving the country. 


We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or worry caused by this news and for the delay in addressing this issue.
