During a WeVerse stream, the K-pop star expressed that they are currently preparing many things that they can do together with their fans.

Jimin, a member of the South Korean boy band BTS, has teased his upcoming debut solo album on a recent WeVerse stream. The album is tentatively scheduled for release in March, but a title has not been shared yet.


Jimin stated that he is currently preparing various activities to do with his fans around the album's release. He plans to do many different kinds of things together to have fun and enjoy themselves. 


Jimin began his year with an appearance alongside Taeyang on "Vibe," which was the singer's grand return after a six-year hiatus following his return from military service. In an interview with Rolling Stone last month, Taeyang expressed gratitude for Jimin, who he said put in more effort than anyone else. 


Jimin's forthcoming album will make him the third BTS member to release solo material since the group went on hiatus. RM dropped the album Indigo at the close of 2022, and Jin released the single "The Astronaut" in October, ahead of becoming the first member to enlist. 


In 2021, when Rolling Stone spoke with Jimin, rumors of a full solo project were circulating, but he had nothing in the pipeline at the time. "To be perfectly honest, there's really nothing that's ready or prepared," he said. "I am trying new things and really challenging myself with new things. But there is nothing that's concrete or ready to put out." 


BTS has been taking a break while individual members explore solo projects and complete their mandatory military service. Suga is set to embark on a solo tour, while J-Hope has released solo music and collaborated with other artists.


V has also been exploring solo work, including acting in K-dramas, and Jungkook has also released solo music. Fans eagerly anticipate the release of Jimin's solo album and are excited about the possibility of future solo projects from other BTS members.
